Letter To President Trump From Former US Attorney McSwain Accusing Bill Barr Of Blocking Him From Investigating Voter Fraud In PA Is Released

On June 22, 2020, U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr appeared on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures” where he discussed mail-in-voting being by  Democrats. Barr told the Fox Business News host that the mail-in-ballots “absolutely opens the floodgates to fraud.”

Only one year later, Attorney General Bill Barr shocked the nation when he attempted to persuade the American public that there was no evidence of widespread election fraud in the November election after arguably the most popular president in American history lost to Joe Biden, a Democrat candidate who barely won his primary election and campaigned almost exclusively from his basement, won the most votes ever in the history of presidential elections.

Yesterday, during his incredible speech at CPAC, President Trump dropped a bombshell about Attorney General Barr who warned about mail-in-ballots.

“Just a day ago, I received a statement from the US Attorney—highly respected—in Pennsylvania, that Bill Barr would not allow him to investigate voter fraud,” Trump told the CPAC crowd. Trump told the crowd that Philadelphia is only second to Detroit when it comes to corrupt cities in America.

Trump also mentioned the so-called “water main break” in Georgia that caused the counting facility to shut down. Trump explained, “Now, that one is in court. Let’s see how that one turns out.”

Now, the identity and letter sent by the US Attorney from the Eastern District of Pennsylvania have been released to the public:

In a powerful letter to President Trump, US Attorney William M. McSwain, a Marine infantry officer, wrote about the “radical leftist Philadelphia District Attorney” who was “letting violent criminals go and refusing to prosecute rioters, looters, and arsonists.” He also explained how in the spring of 2020 he “prosecuted and won an election fraud case against a Judge of Elections in South Philadelphia who was stuffing the ballot box,” telling President Trump he was “right to be upset about the way Democrats ran the 2020 election in Philadelphia.” McSwain told Trump about “a political consultant (former Democratic Congressman) who was paying bribes to the Judge to stuff the ballot box.”

McSwain accused Pennsylvania’s governor, secretary of state, and partisan State Supreme Court of making up their own election rules. He explained that after receiving several accusations of voter fraud he wanted to investigate fully any allegations, but Attorney General Bill Barr told him not to make any public statements or put out any press releases regarding possible election irregularities.

Mr. McSwain told President Trump that he disagreed with his orders but as a “Marine infantry officer, I was trained to follow the chain of command and to respect the orders of my superiors, even when I disagreed with them.

The former US Attorney told President Trump that he is planning to run for governor in PA, and asked for his endorsement, adding that one of his first priorities would be to “modernize Pennsylvania’s election process and protect the right of all Pennsylvania citizens to cast a legitimate vote.” McSwain said that means “No more ballot harvesting, undated ballots, unsigned ballots, ballots received after Election Day (other than legitimate military and overseas ballots) obstacles to poll watchers observing the counting of ballots, different rules in different counties, and, of course, no ballot stuffing.”
