spoilers follow for UK viewers.
Home and Away‘s Nikau Parata struggles to cope as his modelling agent Sienna Blake continues to play games on UK screens next week.
A new storyline on the Summer Bay soap sees Nikau (Kawakawa Fox-Reo) struggle with guilt and regret after cheating on his girlfriend Bella Nixon.
When Nikau wrongly believes that Bella (Courtney Miller) has betrayed him with her photography mentor Emmett Ellison, he childishly retaliates by sleeping with Sienna.
Sienna (Rose Riley) then uses the situation as leverage over Nikau, threatening to tell Bella everything unless he does exactly what she says. Sienna is particularly keen to make sure that Nikau takes part in a three-month assignment in Japan, which is crucial for the agency.
In next week’s episodes on Channel 5, Sienna continues her efforts to expand Nikau’s portfolio by arranging for him to take part in a streetwear photoshoot.
Bella isn’t happy over Sienna making so many demands on Nikau’s time, but Sienna turns on the charm and wins her over by inviting her to be the shoot’s photographer.
Nikau is uncomfortable when Bella accepts the opportunity. He knows that Bella being in close proximity to Sienna could be bad news for him and his secret.
Meanwhile, Nikau’s uncle Tane (Ethan Browne) is becoming increasingly worried about the predicament that his nephew is facing with Sienna.
Tane is concerned about Sienna’s behaviour and decides to watch the shoot, wanting to make his presence felt and keep an eye on Nikau.
Tane still believes that Nikau should do the right thing by telling Bella about his recent betrayal, but Nikau is reluctant to destroy their relationship.
Later, as the shoot continues, Nikau’s fellow model Allegra Freeman (Laura McDonald) increases the pressure on him by mentioning that she knows about him sleeping with Sienna.
This proves to be a tipping point for Nikau, as he starts to crumble under the weight of his own secret. Will he finally take Tane’s advice and decide that it’s best to be honest with Bella?
Home and Away airs these scenes on Friday, August 13 at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5. Selected classic episodes are available via Amazon Prime Video in the UK.
